Butagumi (Tokyo)

I can say probably the best tonkatsu I have ever tasted! My only regret is that I didn’t order more because we had another tonkatsu dinner plans with my friends else where. @spoiltbytes
I read online where they said you have to make reservations and because we didn’t, we went really early to queue and make sure that we are the first! So we were there 45mins early before they open for dinner. By the time they almost open, there are already quite a number of people waiting behind us.

The sitting inside is quite cozy. When they opened, they told us we can only have the seats till a certain time. So we head in and only ordered one dish, the most expensive one we can find in the menu that is available.

They start off with a small plate of appetizers and followed by the glorious pork! I have never tasted a pork so good before, it just so flavorful soooo goood.

The fats just melts in your mouth! Super sinful super good, in my opinion.. EAT FIRST THINK LATER. No regrets! I would love to go back and eat this again! Take note that they are close on Monday.
