Tsukiji Fish Market (Tokyo)

This place is super crowded! But they also have very interested seafood dishes that you don’t get to see elsewhere so if you get a chance to go. You don’t have to wake up super early for this, I think 9am – 10am you still can get to see quite alot of things in this place.

As we are walking pass all the stores, there’s quite a few stalls selling oysters and scallops. So we got the seared scallop for ¥500 to share, it’s not fantastic but it fresh, which is something that I hardly can get in my country.

@spoiltbytes
Never had scallop like that before.

@spoiltbytes
As we were walking, we didn’t know which stall to try sashimi. We were super hesitant, wanting to see more first then try.

@spoiltbytes
So we keep walking and walking till we reached the end and still didn’t buy any.

@spoiltbytes
Decided to walk back to this particular stall that sells 3 different types of tuna sushi to try.

@spoiltbytes
Our first virgin experience of fresh tuna and otoro…. AHHHH ITS HEAVENLY!

@spoiltbytes
Try getting the strawberries if you see them, super sweet and yummy.

@spoiltbytes
They also have some stalls selling mochi, there’s one particular stall that I didn’t take a snap of, they have samples for their mochi and it tastes super refreshing. If you happen to try it, you will get what I meant!

@spoiltbytes
We went around 9am and completed the place at around 10am + and there are still many people walking in.

@spoiltbytes
I found my favourite bottled green tea after trying a couple of different ones from the vending machines.
